    SHIPPING INFORMATION
    We request 24 hour notice for all bouquet selections. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not ship outside of the United States. There will also be additional shipping fees to addresses in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please call us for more information. We ship all of our bouquets 2-3 business day delivery. If you would like an expedited delivery, please contact us for more information.

    HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
    We do not ship to hospitals. Most times the patient has been released from the hospital and the package is returned to us. To eliminate this frustration, we recommend shipping the bouquet to the patient's home. Favorable Treats will deliver to local hospitals in the Twin Cities, MN area.

    CUSTOM ORDERS
    We love to customize our cookie bouquets. If you don't see a bouquet that represents your sentiments/occasion, give us a call and we would be happy to create a customized bouquet just for you.

    FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
    Our cookies are fresh baked from scratch at the time of your order. We know that once you bite into one of our treats, your new motto will be "...oh how sweet it is!" We want you to be satisfied with your order, so if you have questions about our products, please contact us before you order. Our gifts are nonrefundable. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to investigate your claim.

    SUBSTITUTIONS
    We work hard to make sure your order is sent as shown on our site. Occasionally, however it is just not possible due to out of stock items with our suppliers or unusually high demand on a particular product. When this happens, we reserve the right to substitute items that are similar in nature to the advertised product.
